We recommend dusting regularly with a soft, dry cloth and avoiding direct sunlight or heat sources to prevent warping or fading.
Is assembly required for your products?
Many of our larger items arrive fully assembled. For items requiring assembly, detailed instructions and necessary hardware are included in the box.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this window, the order enters our fulfillment process.
Are your rugs suitable for high-traffic areas?
We offer a variety of durable materials, including wool and synthetic blends, specifically designed to withstand high-traffic zones like hallways and living rooms.
